How do I increase header visibility?

1) Make sure that you are in Print Layout view - the header and footer arent visible in any of the other views. 2) Move the mouse pointer to the top of a page. The mouse pointer should change to a double box with up- and down-pointing arrows. Double-click to show the white space at the top and bottom of the page.

We do not have an option to disable the Transparent Header Completely. The Customizer Settings provide Global Settings from the website. The header just has a lower z-index value than the text youre scrolling over it, which gives the header the appearance of being transparent. Give the header a z-index value of 9001 to solve this issue.
