In the Header section configuration panel, scroll down to Transparent header, and you can see two options Enable on homepage and Enable on collection pages. Untick one or both of them to solve the problem. Then, click Save. As a result, a solid background appears beneath the menu to avoid the overlapped display.
The transparency or dimming of headers and footers when viewing the document in Print Layout view cannot be removed. By design, you can edit the headers and footers only when those areas are opened, and the main part of the document is dimmed and cant be edited.

Why is the header faded in Word? The faded appearance of headers footers in Words Print Layout view is deliberate. It provides a visual cue to differentiate between the page headers and the main content for the on screen view only, and will print normally.
The header just has a lower z-index value than the text youre scrolling over it, which gives the header the appearance of being transparent. Give the header a z-index value of 9001 to solve this issue.
If you are using an earlier version of Microsoft Word or a document generated in compatibility mode, the header may appear faded.
