one of the most common problems that I hear from a lot of my pro-am partners is norm what do I do my wrist feels too weak I dont seem to get any revolutions on it and and I see that they have a wrist device on us to lend some stability to their wrist hey I dont mind the wrist devices but I still want you to place the ball in your push away correctly as to not need a wrist device or at least lend some stability to your wrist I mean Im a hundred and thirty pounds Im not very strong in fact my wrist is too smaller than most of the people Im talking about but Im going to show you where we go wrong many times in this push away if I push the ball away in my first step in such a way that the center of the ball is on the other side of my hand my tendency will be from here to pull away from center toward the palm when I do this Im creating momentum of the bowling ball going backwards and if I combine that with the momentum going forward in my body then that is the separation that is caus
