An appeal is arequest by an interested party to review aclaim determination or an overpayment request. So what are the key points in this definition? Letamp;#39;s start with the title. Fee-for-service is Part A and B or original Medicare. The informationin this training only applies to original Medicare. It does not apply to Medicare Advantage or part C and Medicare Prescription Drug Coverage or Part D. CMS provides information for Part C and D appealson their website.
