An email with garbled text can be caused by the use of non-standard email system, which does not specify the message encoding scheme, by the sender. To view the email, you can select a suitable character set in the browser. Right click on the webpage, then choose Encoding and select a suitable code.
Here are a few suggestions that might help:Email Format: Some emails might appear jumbled if theyre written in a format that your email program cant read. For example, if an email is written in HTML and your email program can only read plain text, the email might not display correctly.
They are most likely using HTML code that isnt working properly and your e-mail client is unable to decipher the e-mail.
Check Outlooks AutoCorrect options. Spell check wont work if something is misconfigured or turned off. Go to File Options Mail to review these settings. For example, if spell check didnt catch a mistake when you sent a message, ensure Always check spelling before sending is turned on.
