hey thanks for making it to Veterans infot tap just wanted to do a quick video just a couple minutes on static conditions so the VA when you get rated with the VA for your various conditions they are going to label those conditions as static or not static simply means that the VA concedes that your condition is not projected to get any better it will stay the same or static or potentially even get worse now this is really really important because a static condition in the code of federal regulations means that the VA should not be um requiring or requesting any future exams for that specific condition now if you have a bunch of static conditions that add up to 100% well then you should be permanent and total because thereamp;#39;s no future exams required for static conditions how do you know if if your conditions are static so it may state it in your uh various um decision letters that youamp;#39;ve received SL award letters uh from the VA on your claim on the uh the final uh adjudi
