today iamp;#39;m doing a little bit of work on closed captioning for an uh project for one of my clients today and i thought iamp;#39;d share my workflow with you guys here so if you take a look at my desktop here you see iamp;#39;ve set up docHub captivate a little bit differently and this is actually one of the advantages of going to what some people like to call the pro workspace this has to do with going into your preferences and selecting the ability to enable custom workspaces and undocking of course youamp;#39;ll need to restart captivate for that to take an effect but what it then allows you to do is to create special work workspaces that accommodate your needs depending on what youamp;#39;re working on so in this particular instance iamp;#39;m just working within the slide notes i donamp;#39;t need anything else i could even go a step further and eliminate all of these panels and save that as part of my closed captioning workflow but of course i do need the slide
