welcome a little tip I want to give about people who get out of bed in the morning thatamp;#39;s all of us well most of us donamp;#39;t do is we donamp;#39;t pause we donamp;#39;t take a little time before jumping up running to the bathroom running to the door answering the phone whatever you may be doing the bottom line is that itamp;#39;s dangerous for many of us thereamp;#39;s a condition called orthostatic hypotension or postural hypotension and when we stand up our blood pressure just drops and when it drops between our systolic and diastolic we then get dizzy nausea lightheaded fainting where we just want to fall and many of us do and if you fall onto a hip or under a shoulder itamp;#39;s very dangerous you can fracture it it could have a lot of complications so my advice to all of you regardless of what age you are when you first get up in the morning turn your legs over on the bed set up sit up straight take a few deep breaths move your your neck around move the muscles
