For Safari users on Mac: Click the Safari menu at the top bar. Click Settings. Click the Autofill icon. Uncheck all settings in Autofill.
If you dont see your name, click Sign in with your Apple ID, enter your Apple ID (or another email address or phone number on file), then enter your password. If you dont have an Apple ID, you can create one. Click Sign-In Security, click Two-Factor Authentication, then click Get Verification Code.
Your keychain may be locked automatically if your computer has been inactive for a period of time or your user password and keychain password are out of sync. You can set a length of time that Keychain Access waits before automatically requiring you to enter your password again.
How to remove the login password on your Mac Click on the Apple menu and choose System Settings. Select Users Groups. Click on the drop-down menu next to Automatically login and choose your user account. Type in your password and click OK. Quit System Settings.
If you see Hold for Authentication on your print job in the print queue on your Mac, it is likely that your password was recently changed or entered incorrectly, and the old or incorrect password is stored in your Apple Keychain.
In the Keychain Access app on your Mac, click login in the Keychains list. Choose Edit Change Settings for Keychain login. Select the Lock after checkbox, then enter a number of minutes.
Select the login entry in the keychain (top left corner of the window). Right-click on the login keychain and choose Lock Keychain login. Then try unlocking it again. You might need to enter your Mac login password afterward.
If youre already using two-factor authentication with your Apple ID, you cant turn it off. If you updated to two-factor authentication inadvertently, you can turn it off within two weeks of enrollment. If you do, your account is less secure and you cant use features that require a higher level of security.
