You know, instead of giving people a pay raise, Iamp;#39;m just going to give him this paper certificate and hopefully that makes them satisfied with this company. No, really, Iamp;#39;d probably just give him more money, I think that makes people happy and maybe throw the certificate in too, but hereamp;#39;s the certificate and unfortunately, itamp;#39;s a PDF and I canamp;#39;t edit the name of the recipient.
