Check iMessage bubble color on iPhone Even if youre blocked on iMessage, the message will appear to be sent as usual; this is why its so difficult to figure out if youre blocked or not. Apple uses a blue text bubble to signify iMessage and a green bubble for SMS.
The delivery status appears underneath the bubble when you enable Read Receipts in the iMessage settings menu. A green chat bubble indicates youre sending a regular text via SMS or MMS standards. This color is common when communicating with non-Apple users or after enabling text message fallback on your device.
The arrow symbol means the message has been sent. If you were to see a Xnext to it, it would mean it was not sent.
If they blocked you, it wouldnt show up as a green arrow. It will still show up as a blue arrow, its just when you send a text it will not say delivered. Green arrow could mean a bunch of things, such as them turning off iMessage completely, the phone number not being in use anymore, or they switched to an Android.
Look out for drivers who do not obey traffic signals or race through intersections. A green arrow means you can make a protected turn in the direction of the arrow.
A green indicator means either the camera or the camera and the microphone are being used by an app on your iPhone.
If you dont see a blue bubble on your end, then its likely that theyve blocked you on iMessage. Its important to note that this doesnt mean they have blocked your number altogether; it just means they have blocked you from sending them messages over iMessage.
When the arrow on a contact text screen is green, it means you will be sending the text as a normal text instead of through Apples iMessage format. This will happen either when the person to whom you are sending the message doe not have an iPhone, or Apples iMessage servers are not available for some reason.
