[Music] hey yall this weeks quick tip is a little bit of a hidden feature inside google drive and when you upload your files like a pdf or an image you can actually convert them into a google doc and essentially what thats going to do is extract the text so if you need the text from an image or from a pdf and copy and paste just isnt quite working for you you can try this so again make sure its uploaded it exists in google drive first and then youre going to select what you want so im going to use this passwords or like underwear example and right click or control click on a chromebook and then youre going to go to open with and select google docs what google docs will do is actually import that image and extract the text from the image down below now is it perfectly formatted no you can already see here weve got a line here down below but this is definitely something that you can work with this is a really simple example you probably have other files that youre working with
