Once youve opened the file, click on the Edit tab, and then click on the edit icon. Now you can right-click on the text and select Copy to extract the text you need.
Click on the Export PDF tool in the right pane. Choose Microsoft Word as your export format, and then choose Word Document. Click Export. If your PDF contains scanned text, the Acrobat Word converter will run text recognition automatically.
With the file to be processed open in Acrobat, select Plug-Ins Split Documents Extract Pages By Text Search from the main menu. Use this dialog to configure the text search.
Direct import in Excel Open the Excel spreadsheet. Select the tab Data Get data From file From PDF. Select the PDF file and select Import. Then you will see a Navigator panel with the tables and pages in your PDF, along with a preview. Select the table and click on Load. The table is imported to the Excel sheet.
