We will create a parser to extract key information, such as dates and checkbox values, from a standardized lease agreement. The process begins by selecting "standardized contracts" as the document type and uploading sample contracts to establish parsing rules. We then create rules to extract the signatory's name by outlining the data's location, which automatically adds a text manipulation filter to separate the full name into first and last names. Additionally, we set a parsing rule to capture the signatory's date of birth using a date preset.
