Hello its Sylvain from Parseur and today we are going to parse PDFs with a new engine. This engine is made to extract data from PDF documents such as invoices and receipts. So Im going to start by uploading a couple PDF invoices but first Im going to create a new mailbox for my providers. Its going to parse emails and documents. But in our demo, its going to be only documents because were going to upload them rather than send them by emails. Here we go! Let me upload two invoices from our coffee supplier. There we go, they are uploaded. Lets take a look at the first invoice. We see an invoice with some basic infos, a table with a couple items. A subtotal and grand total. If we look at the other one, we see it spans over 2 pages and there is an additional delivery field here. Lets create a template. Its more visual than the usual PDF document parsing.
