We begin by setting up a new document parser and selecting "standardized contracts" as the document type. Next, we upload sample contracts that serve as blueprints for our parsing rules. After uploading, we create parsing rules, starting with extracting the signatory's name by drawing a selection square around the data location. A text manipulation filter automatically splits the full name into first and last names.
