if the data we want to extract is always in a fixed position then we can select an area around it we can format resulting data by removing blank spaces however if the data we want to extract is in a variable position then we skip this step and move on without selecting an area in this case we need to capture our value by its keywords therefore we add specify start position filter and we use text match after option with invoice number keyword as it appears on the document we also add specify end position filter with end of line option in our case additionally we can format our results by removing blank spaces if required
