We focus on extracting key information, such as main dates and check box values from a standardized lease agreement. The process begins by selecting "standardized contracts" as the document type and uploading sample contracts to establish parsing rules. We create a parsing rule to extract the signatory's name by highlighting the relevant area; a text manipulation filter is applied to split the full name into first and last names.
