We focus on extracting key information such as main dates and checkbox values from a standardized lease agreement. The process begins by selecting the type of document as standardized contracts, followed by uploading sample contracts used for establishing parsing rules. After uploading, we create parsing rules by selecting specific data locations. For instance, to extract the signatory's name, we draw a square around the relevant area, confirming the selection. A text manipulation filter automatically splits the full name into first and last names. We also create a parsing rule for extracting the signatory's date of birth through a similar method.
