In this tutorial, we learn how to automate extracting data from invoices into Excel using AI Builder. First, a new Excel file is created in OneDrive for Business with columns for invoice ID, vendor, due date, and total amount, which is then formatted into a table. Next, users log into Power Automate and navigate to the AI Builder tab, selecting the option to extract information from invoices. A sample invoice is uploaded for testing, and the extracted data is verified. Finally, a new flow is created using a template, where an action is added to insert a row into the previously defined Excel table, specifying the file's location in the document library.
