We focus on extracting key information such as main dates and checkbox values from a standardized lease agreement. The process begins by selecting "standardized contracts" as the document type and uploading sample contracts to establish parsing rules. We then create a parsing rule to extract the signatory's name by drawing a square around the data location, which automatically adds a text manipulation filter to split the full name into first and family names.
