hello friends Iamp;#39;m gonna bring up this subject because I keep getting phone calls literally every day from people wanting to know if they can get their criminal records expunged the word expungement means remove literally from the public database court records things like that Arizona currently does not have an expungement statute we do have a statute that allows you to apply to the court to set aside your conviction and set aside the sentencings and the judgment assuming all the fines are paid and youamp;#39;ve done your jail time and - and it doesnamp;#39;t remove it from the public record but it changes the notation next to your conviction if you will and it should say if itamp;#39;s done properly conviction set aside it also gives you a restoration of your civil rights as a felony so you get you write the vote back and if youamp;#39;re at the same time applying for that you can actually apply first the stateamp;#39;s gun rights back the County Attorneyamp;#39;s Office
