DITA was designed specifically for optimizing the publishing of technical documentation. Weamp;#39;ll come back to that, but first, itamp;#39;s good to know *how* DITA is different. Most systems organize and manage content as documents or pages. These documents are written in a linear way. The ideas within these documents intertwine and overlap. Yes, Class C misdemeanors can be expunged in Texas as long as there is no conviction. Adults cannot expunge a Class C misdemeanor that resulted in a conviction. Criminal convictions remain on a persons record forever. Minors are eligible to expunge Class C misdemeanor convictions for limited alcohol offenses.
In Texas, to have your Class C misdemeanor expunged, you must agree to and complete deferred adjudication probation.

Class C misdemeanors in Texas are punishable by a fine of up to $500. There is no jail time for a Class C misdemeanor. Any misdemeanor that is not designated as Class A, B, or C, and has no specified punishment is a Class C misdemeanor.
The standard amount of Class C felony jail time that a convicted defendant may need to serve is usually somewhere in-between two to five years. However, it is possible to get a longer sentence.
