Class A Felonies You cannot expunge any Class A felony in Oregon (except for two special cases). Class A felonies carry a maximum possible penalty of 20 years in state prison. Here are some of the most commonly charged Class A felonies in Oregon: Manslaughter in the first degree.
To expunge is to erase or remove completely. In law, expungement is the process by which a record of criminal conviction is destroyed or sealed from state or federal record.
Utahs Clean Slate law was implemented on February 10th 2022 and the Utah Courts began the process of automatically expunging qualifying misdemeanor records.
Go to fill out the Clean Slate application, and email the application to the Clean Slate Unit at cleanslate@pd.cccounty.us. In addition to submitting the application, please email us a personal statement that discusses the impact that your arrest or conviction has had on your life.

Your record is eligible to be expunged if: Your conviction, dismissed charge, or record of arrest is for a Class B or C Felony, a Class A, B, or C Misdemeanor, or a violation, but is not one of the ineligible conviction types. (See PDF of ineligible conviction types.)
The majority of Class A felonies as well as some Class B felonies cannot be expunged or set aside from your record.
