Select and format shapes On your computer, open a drawing in Google Drive. At the top of the page, find and click Select. On the canvas, click the shape, line, or text box you want to change. Move a shape: Drag it on the canvas. Resize a shape: Drag the blue boxes at the corners.
To change an objects opacity in Google Slides, select the object, open Format options, go to the Adjustments tab, and use the Transparency slider.
Make other adjustments to an image On your computer, open a presentation. Click the image you want to mask. At the top, next to Crop , click the Down arrow . Click the shape you want. Your shape will mask your image. To adjust your shape, click and drag the colored handles.
On the Shape tab, select Shape Fill Transparency, then select the percentage you want. Tip: If you need more precise control of the degree of transparency, right-click the shape, then select Format Options. Then, in the Format Options pane, under Fill, you can set the transparency in one-percent increments.
