Chapter 8: Filling out the Proposed Order In this Chapter, you will select which Proposed Order needs to be used for each Petition, and fill out the Proposed Order. There are three different Proposed Orders: EXP105, EXP106, and EXP107. You only need one Proposed Order for each Petition. To figure out which Proposed Order you need for each case, look at Question #9 on the Petition. Which item did you check? After each option, the proposed order form you need to use is indicated. For example, if you checked the third option for Question #9 because the case was resolved in your favor, you should use EXP105 - Order Concerning Sealing/Expunging Records. To complete each proposed Order, fill out the County, Judicial District, and Court File Number on the top of Page 1 exactly like you did on the Petition. Be sure to also fill in your name and date of birth. You do not need to fill out anything else on the proposed Order. If you have more than one case, we encourage you to complete a Proposed
