Hi guys this is Scott, I was going to show you real quick a quick and easy way to expunge your record. I notice that there werent any good videos out there on it. First thing you want to do is figure out your state and city and county that the crime occurred in. For example if I had crimes that happend in San Diego, I would type san diego expunge my records .gov or sometimes the go by seal my records

Information divulged on expunged records shall be revealed by a petitioner seeking employment within the judicial branch or with a law enforcement or corrections agency and such information shall continue to provide a disability as otherwise provided by law." N.J.S.A. 2C:52-27.
An expunged arrest is removed completely from the public record. Sealing court records generally only applies to crimes committed by juveniles. The arrest and conviction will remain on the person's record but can only be seen by court order. Sealed records should not turn up in a criminal background check.
Nobody can see expunged records. Expungement completely removes these records, so they don't even exist. When a judge grants your request for criminal record expungement, all the agencies that have records on you must either destroy them or give them to you – so there's nothing for anyone to see.
The only way to get your conviction removed from police records is to appeal against the conviction through the courts. You will need to seek legal advice if this is something you wish to pursue. I was told my conviction would be removed after five years.
Because of the required process, it typically takes up to 9 months to have your record sealed or expunged. This is because the first step in the process that everyone must go through is obtaining a Certificate of Eligibility from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
Expungement Law – US. Criminal “Expungement” is the process of going to court to ask a judge to seal a criminal record. When a record is sealed, it does not show up in a criminal background check.
The best way to find out if this has happened is to go to the Court where your case was at and ask to see the documents. If they do not have them the case was expunged and some private company has the records and provided them when the background check was done.
