[Applause] you hi Iamp;#39;m Kyle Hatley with Taos Fire Rescue GIS department in this video I will go over how to insert images documents and observations when adding an image click the camera icon in the upper right corner of the screen next youamp;#39;ll click Choose file then navigate to the location you save the image double-click on the image you wish to insert give the image a caption describing the image such as location of fire hydrants or utility cut-offs next click upload once uploaded you will be able to see the image in the documents and images topic you have more than one image click on the image that you feel as the most importance to the pre-incident plan next click the check box that says make default image after that click Save this will now place the selected image first in the highlight report on the MDC to insert a document such as a PDF or a word file click the icon that looks like a sheet of paper in the upper right corner select choose file then navigat
