We will be sharing the link to the post in the description section. Data can be converted from an Excel sheet into PowerPoint slides using two methods. The first one is to simply copy paste the data. Here, we have a test Excel file. Let us select the data, right click on the selection, and select copy. Then, we would go to the PowerPoint slide and right click and select paste; and then we can change the size and location of the Excel sheet. This was easy. Alternatively, we could also insert the Excel sheet as a link. This could be done as follows. Go to the insert tab. In the insert tab, check for the text section. In the text section among the side links the last one would be object. Click on it. This is used for embedding objects. Then, select create form file. Click on browse and locate the Excel sheet. Manual Way to Wipe Metadata from PowerPoint File Open the Microsoft PowerPoint document from which you want to wipe metadata. Click the File menu button, followed by Info. Click on Check for Issues, followed by Inspect Document. Choose the types of content you wish to inspect, and then click Inspect.
Select File Info. Select Protect Presentation, point to Restrict Access, and then select Restricted Access. In the Permission dialog box, select Restrict permission to this presentation, and then assign the access levels that you want for each user. Select Check for Issues Inspect Document. Select the types of content that you want to inspect, and then select Inspect. Review the results. For each type of content that you want to remove from the document, select Remove All.
To simply remove an embedded file or object, select it and press Delete. To verify the issue is resolved, click File Info Check for Issues, and click Inspect Document.
