while certain State convictions can be expunged from your record unfortunately Federal convictions are there to stay at this point in time there is no way to have a federal charge expunged from your record weamp;#39;re hoping that Congress will change the lot sometime in the not too distant future but for now youamp;#39;re stuck with a federal conviction sorry

How long does a trademark last in Canada?

When you register your trademark, you get the sole right to use the mark across Canada for 10 years. You can renew your trademark every 10 years after that. A registered trademark is one that has been entered in the Register of Trademarks.

How do I cancel a trademark in Canada?

Such cancellation proceedings are initiated by sending a written request to the Registrar to forward a section 45 notice to the trademark owner. This option is available provided that the trademark in question has been registered for at least three years.

What is trademark expungement?

An expungement attacks a registered trademark on the basis that it has never been used. Not in the past, and not now. The word eXpungement reminds me of the letter X. So remember, X = never used. A request for expungement must be filed between 3 and 10 years after the registration date.
