Remember that in binary 1 is on: and 0 is off. Choose the binary number that you want to decode. Give each number a value, starting from the extreme right. For example, using the number 1001001, 1=1, +0=2, +0=4, +1=8, +0=16, +0=32, +1=64.

To manually convert an ASCII character to binary: Determine the characters ASCII decimal value. Convert the decimal value to binary by dividing it by two and noting the remainders until you get to zero.
#include // // Passing each character as an argument to this macro, returns the binary equivalent of that character #define BIN(X) bitset(X) int main() { // Visible ASCII characters start off from (space) character or integer 32 to ~ (tilde) or integer 126 for (char ch = 32; ch 127; ++ch) cout
How to write in binary Use the American Standard Character for Information Interchange (ASCII) to write binary code. If youre in a technical profession, you need to know the ASCII code for characters in these computers. Calculate the code to find out the letter it corresponds to. Use the code to formulate words.
