To expunge is to erase or remove completely. In law, expungement is the process by which a record of criminal conviction is destroyed or sealed from state or federal record.

How do I remove a FINRA disclosure?

If they recommend the expungement, we then take that award to state court and get the judge to confirm the award. Once the court confirms the award, its essentially a binding order by the court and FINRA cant undo it and is required to remove the disclosures from your record.

Are FINRA fees refundable?
