hi Iamp;#39;m Jessica an e-learning specialist and Iamp;#39;m here to show you how to email your workbook as an attachment so in Excel 2013 it is even easier than itamp;#39;s ever been all you have to do is take your workbook and the workbook includes all of the sheets in a file and Iamp;#39;m going to go to share email and send as an attachment or I can even send automatically as a PDF so as an attachment will come as an Excel file somebody else can edit it a PDF is relatively uneditable so you could send it that way if you donamp;#39;t want people to touch it so there you go thatamp;#39;s all you have to do to send a workbook as an attachment hope that helps

In Excel, there are several ways to filter for unique valuesor remove duplicate values: To filter for unique values, click Data Sort Filter Advanced. To remove duplicate values, click Data Data Tools Remove Duplicates.
To clear only the contents in the selected cells, leaving any formats and comments in place, click Clear Contents. To clear any comments or notes that are attached to the selected cells, click Clear Comments and Notes. To clear any hyperlinks that are attached to the selected cells, select Clear Hyperlinks.
Click the three-dot icon that appears when you hover over an attachment cell to open the Attachments preview dialog. From here, click on the Delete icon to the right of the name of the attachment you want to delete from the cell.
If you click a cell and then press DELETE or BACKSPACE, you clear the cell contents without removing any cell formats or cell comments. If you clear a cell by using Clear All or Clear Contents, the cell no longer contains a value, and a formula that refers to that cell receives a value of 0 (zero).
Select all the cells in the table, click Clear and pick Clear All. Tip: You can also select the table and press Delete. If you want to keep the data without the table format, you wont be able to do that in Excel for the web.
Or select the file in the Attached box, then press the delete key on your keyboard. Note: This method deletes only one attachment at a time. To delete multiple attachments at once, press and hold the Shift key on your keyboard.
How to remove links in Excel Navigate to the Data tab in the top banner. Find the Queries Connections group. Click Edit Links. Find the link you want to remove from the Source list. To select multiple links, hold the Crtl button on your keyboard and click each link you want to remove. Choose Break Link.
Select Check for Issues Inspect Document. Select the types of content that you want to inspect, and then select Inspect. Review the results. For each type of content that you want to remove from the document, select Remove All.
