To set up Windows on a Chromebook, start by opening the Play Store and searching for RDP. Find the remote desktop manager app and open it. Click on the Green Plus symbol, go to session, and then choose RDP Microsoft Remote Desktop. Enter the name of your RDP session, the host, and adjust the port if needed. Save your entry, go back to the home screen, and click on open. Enter your credentials when prompted to access your Windows remote desktop session easily. Just install the RDP app, configure connection settings, and you're in a Windows VM.
