To ensure your documents stay the same across different platforms, converting them into PDF format is ideal. Microsoft Word and similar apps are useful for creating reports but can cause formatting issues. Mac users can convert Word documents to PDF in multiple ways, despite the format not being native. Apps that edit Word documents often provide an option to export as a PDF. Using Word is recommended for best results, but other office suites can also be used. Look for the option to export as a PDF in the file menu. If you don't have an office suite, you can open and convert Word documents.
