Then right-click on the bookmarks bar, go to bookmarks manager, organize and export bookmarks to an HTML file. Save the file in the Documents folder. Close the older Chrome, open the newer one, go to bookmarks manager, import bookmarks from the HTML file in the Documents folder. The bookmarks will appear in the bar.
