o be the first part of our final document. Lets go to File, Export and Ill export this as a PDF. Lets click Export and here it is. Now Ill just call this Page 1 of my final document. Now I have this in PDF form. Lets go to the next app. Ill go to Numbers and heres a table that I want to put in my final document. Again, File, Export, and Export as PDF. Now Ill call this Page 2 of my final document. Finally, lets go to a third app and get some images. Lets go to Image Capture and Ill import an image. Here it is, I have an image now that I want to add to my final document. Well, I can also go to File, Export and export this as a PDF, call it Page 3 of my final document. So now I have three different PDFs from three different apps that are going to be part of my final document. Lets go to Preview. In Preview, I can open my first PDF. So here it is. Now go over here and click the View Thumbnails button. Theres the first page of my document. Ill drag the next couple pages from the other PDFs into this list to combine them. There, now Im combining all three documents into one single PDF. Lets export this as a single PDF, call it Final Document. There it is. It contains all three of the previous PDFs. This is just one example out of many. You can use lots of different apps to create little pieces of your final document and then use Preview or some other app that can open PDFs in order to combine them to create a single PDF that you can distribute or send as one complete document. So give this a try and see how it can help you with your workflow. If you have any questions go ahead and ask in the comments below. For now thanks for watching.
