To export a list report Open/Run the report. Right click on any column header from the report output. Highlight Export in pop-up menu. Select the format for your export. Your export file will be created and available to save.

Export from report details view Click Show report. On the context menu, point to Export and then click the type of file to export to (CSV, PDF, XLS/XLSX, or XML). The exported report is available as a downloaded file in the web browser. Select to Save to export the file.
You can export a list report as an Excel spreadsheet by right-clicking any column heading and selecting Export Excel. You can schedule a saved list report to export by clicking Schedule and specifying Type as Excel Spreadsheet.
