In the Preview app on your Mac, open the file you want to export. Choose File Export, then select a file type from the Format pop-up menu.
In the Photo Booth app on your Mac, do any of the following: Export a photo or a video clip: Select one or more thumbnails, then choose File Export, or drag the thumbnail to your desktop.
On your Mac, do one of the following: Lock a closed document: Select it in a Finder window or on the desktop, choose File Get Info, click the arrow next to General, then select Locked.
Once you have it, follow these steps: Open Acrobat and open the PDF. Press Command-D to see security options, or click File Document Properties. Type in the password. Choose No Password from the dropdown menu where the password is used. Click OK, then OK again. Save the PDF.
Export memories In the Photos app on your Mac, click Memories in the sidebar, then double-click the memory that you want to export. To stop playing a memory, press the Space bar. Choose File Export Export Memory Video. Enter a filename for your memory in the Save As field.
A document can have only one password, so if you change the password when you share the document, that becomes the documents only password. Remove a password: Choose File Change Password. Type the old password, then click Remove Password.

Press Command and A to select the entire content in a location. Select All the files and folders. Press Command and C to copy files and folders.
