Best Practice: From within the patient file, go to File Patient Export choose the items to include and choose XML format. Export the file to your desktop and then burn this file to a disc or memory stick for posting. The process takes approximately 5 minutes.
To export a Letter: Open the letter to be exported. Select File Export from the menu bar. Locate the drive and/or folder where you wish to export the file in the Save in box. Type a filename in the File name text box. Select the Type of file if required.

Exporting your Customers from ChiroTouch Click on Billing/Statement Reports. Click on Data Export. On the left-hand side, select Patient Data as the export type. From the filter menu, select Patient First Name, and select Present as the criteria, then click Add.

Cleaning up your Patient List Select View Patients from the main screen. Search for the patient by surname, firstname. Select the patient record that you want to keep. Select Edit Merge from the menu. Read the Merge Patients warning prompt that appears. Search for the patient to merge by surname.
You can export your patient list from the Patient List report by following these steps: Navigate to Reports on the left-hand navigation menu. Click on Patient List Report. Select a query (i.e., Age). Select the criteria you wish to filter (i.e., age 0-100). Click Run Report in the top right corner.
