In this video, you will learn about options for exporting reports. Exporting saves the data generated by a report in a specific file format which can be viewed outside WorldShare. You can export both standard reports and if you have access to WorldShare Report Designer, reports that are being created with Report Designer. To export a report, click the Export button and the resulting export dialog, select reports or data. In most cases, you will want to export reports. But there may be some situations where you want to export data. This generates an export of only the underlying raw data generated from the query or queries. All post-query manipulations such as added titles, sorting, input control selection, variables, added subtotals and totals and data merging from multiple universes will be excluded.
