How Do I Convert a Mac Numbers File to CSV? Click File in the top left corner. On the dropdown menu, hover over Export To Select the CSV option. On the pop-up window, click Next. Name your file and click Export.
To Export from Numbers to Excel: Within Numbers, select File from the Menu Bar. Select Export To and then select Excel from the menu. On the Export Your Spreadsheet screen, select to save Excel Worksheets either as One per sheet or One per table.

Export Numbers Spreadsheet as CSV File; Mail Merge Open your Numbers Spreadsheet and choose File. Go to Export To and select to export the file as a CSV format. Click Next, then type a name for the spreadsheet (without the filename extension, such as .xls or .csv, which is appended to the name automatically)
