Send the link to more people (no Apple ID required) With the spreadsheet open, click. in the toolbar. Choose a method for sending the link: Mail or Messages: Type an email address or phone number for each recipient, add a note if you want, then click Send (for Mail) or press Enter (for Messages).
Open the Numbers app on your Mac, then open a new or existing spreadsheet. Drag the selected contacts into the Numbers spreadsheet. Choose File Export To, then select an option. The contacts can be exported as an Excel, CSV, TSV, or Numbers 09 file.
Do one of the following: With the spreadsheet open: Click the More button in the toolbar, choose Download a Copy, then select a format. In the spreadsheet manager: Select the spreadsheet, click the More button that appears, then choose Download a Copy.
Save a copy of a Numbers spreadsheet in another format. Open the spreadsheet, then choose File Export To [ file format] from the File menu at the top of your screen. Specify export settings: PDF: You can open and sometimes edit these files with applications like Preview and docHub.
Export contacts Go to Google Contacts. Select one of the following: A single contact: Tick the box next to the contact name. Multiple contacts: Tick the boxes next to all of the contacts that you want to export.
To save a spreadsheet as CSV: Open your spreadsheet in Numbers. Click File Export To CSV: In the Advanced Options section, select UTF-8 for text encoding and click Next Enter the file name and select the location where you want to save the file, then click Export.
To Export from Numbers to Excel: Within Numbers, select File from the Menu Bar. Select Export To and then select Excel from the menu. On the Export Your Spreadsheet screen, select to save Excel Worksheets either as One per sheet or One per table.
