Contact us
Log into your PandaDoc account and click “New Document”. Select the Upload tab and locate the file that you wish to sign. It will upload to PandaDoc and be viewable through the interface. If you do not wish to edit any of the text in the document, click the Display As Is option.
Open your Catalog and choose Export. Go to your email inbox, and open the PandaDoc email to download your CSV file.
Importing your Google contacts Open your Contacts tab on the left panel. Click the Import contacts button at the top of the page. Pass Google Authorization, then click Allow to start the importing process from your Google account to PandaDoc.

Follow the steps: Open your Catalog and choose Export. Go to your email inbox, and open the PandaDoc email to download your CSV file. Update your CSV and go through the import process as described above.
On the top right of your screen, select +Add roles(select Manage to add a new one if you already have a role in your template); Then, type the name of the Role (i.e. Client, Sales Rep, etc.) in the field and click on Add.
Delete the person from the recipient list on the document by clicking Manage in the top right, then on the recipient > Delete recipient.
