Hi. Let me show you how to easily create a full Container Packing List for your export shipment. As an example, lets say that Im an exporter based in the USA and I have just shipped a 20-foot container of furniture products to my customer in Australia. So, I select the Exporter. I can select from my pre-saved list or click, Create, to create and save new company details. Lets say, ABC Exports. Then I select the Consignee here. Please note, that not all fields are required on this document. Method of Dispatch: by Sea. Type of Shipment: is FCL. I can enter the Vessel and Voyage Numbers here. Port of Loading: Long Beach. The Port of Discharge: Sydney. Date of Departure. And Final Destination: Sydney. On the right, I can enter my Invoice Number, and Date. And I can enter a Bill of Lading, Buyer Reference Number or other internal Reference Numbers here. If theres a third party involved, I can add it here. Country of Origin is United States. Country of Final Destination: Australia.

To duplicate a list, youll first need to make sure that context menus have been enabled in Settings. Then just right- or control-click the name of the list you would like to copy in the sidebar to access the context menu. There, youll have the option to Duplicate list.

Export to an Excel workbook From the command bar of the list, select Export Export to Excel. Important: The Export options are available only when list items are not selected. Depending on your browser, you can save and open, or open the file directly.
Select List, and then select Export to Excel. By default, this capability is enabled on external lists, but it can be disabled by a system administrator. If you are prompted to confirm the operation, select OK. In the File Download dialog box, select Open.
