If there are contacts that are saved in google drive and if you want to download them to your phone then what you do, open Google drive application and if I scroll down here I have a file contacts.vcf. So, in this file I have the contacts stored and if I want to download and save into android device what I will do, I will open this file and you can see the contacts are going to be imported. So, if I have to import it , I will select save and all the contacts will be downloaded to the phone.
