Select the Security tab, click View certificate, and click the Details tab. Select the certificate and click Export. Select a location in your local machine and save the certificate. Click Close to close the window.
You can also Import, Backup, and Delete certificates from Certificate Manager. To access Certificate Manager, choose Options from the Firefox menus, then choose Advanced. The Advanced dialog box will be displayed similar to Figure 1. Click the View Certificates button to display the Certificate Manager dialog box.
Viewing a certificate Click on the pad lock icon. Click on Connection secure. Click on More Information. In the pop-up window, click View Certificate.
Navigate to the certificate manager window. Depending on your version of Mozilla or Firefox, the path to this window could be any of the following: Edit-Preferences-Privacy Security-Certificates-Manage Certificates. Edit-Preferences-Advanced-Security-View Certificates.
Click the Privacy Security panel and scroll down to the Forms and Autofill section. Put a check mark in the box next to Autofill addresses to turn it on, or remove the check mark to turn it off.
Click the Firefox menu bar. Go to Tools and then Settings. On the Settings tab, click Privacy Security. Under the Certificates menu, click on View Certificates to view the certificate store contents.
Right-clickHold down the Ctrl key while you click on your profile folder (e.g. xx. default), and select Copy. Right-clickHold down the Ctrl key while you click the backup location (e.g. a USB-stick or a blank CD-RW disc), and select Paste .
Exporting a Client Certificate from Firefox From the Firefox menu bar, select Tools Options . Click the Advanced icon. Select the Encryption tab. In the Certificates area, click View Certificates. From the list, select the certificate to export then click Export.
