How to save a document as PDF on Mac (from Safari) Open Safari and browse to the webpage you wish to save as PDF. For the purpose of this document, we will use Google.com. Click on the Safari option bar at the top-left of your screen and go to File and Export as PDF Select a name and a location and click on Save
Export a profile Select the profile you want to export, click the Action pop-up menu , choose Export, enter a name for the file, then click Save.
Click the Apple menu in the top-left corner, then choose System Preferences. Once its opened, you can right-click or control-click the System Preferences icon in the Dock and choose Keep In Dock. Alternatively, you can click the Spotlight icon (a magnifying glass) in the top-right corner, or press Command + Space
In the Preview app on your Mac, open the file you want to export. Choose File Export, then select a file type from the Format pop-up menu.
To export Safari History Click History beneath the Safari icon, then click an item to select it, or click multiple items to select them, then click Export to CSV or Export to HTML. 💡 Tip: Use the CTRL/Command, or SHIFT keys to select multiple items.
From the Apple menu  in the corner of your screen, choose System Settings. Click General in the sidebar, then click Time Machine on the right. Click Add Backup Disk, or click the Add button (+). Select your connected storage device and click Set Up Disk.
Choose File Export Preferences, select where to save the file, choose the type of preferences to export from the pop-up menu, then click Save.
Mac OS X and macOS Settings for applications on a user-per-user level are stored inside the Preferences folder located inside the Library folder in the users Home folder.
