In this tutorial, we will learn how to sign a PDF document with a certificate-based digital signature using docHub. First, download docHub from its original website for free. To sign a document with a digital ID, you need to obtain a digital ID containing information like your name, email address, organization name, serial number, and expiration date. In docHub, digital IDs are used to sign documents. To create or add a digital ID, go to the edit menu, select preferences, then signatures, and click on digital IDs. Add a new digital ID by typing in your name, department, organization name, and email address. If you already have a digital ID from your organization, you can add it by selecting the option to add the digital ID file.
At DocHub, your data security is our priority. We follow HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, and other standards, so you can work on your documents with confidence.
