A digital ID is necessary, containing your name, email address, organization name, serial number, and expiration date. In docHub, digital IDs are used to sign or certify documents. To add or create a digital ID: go to the edit menu, select preferences, then signatures, and finally digital IDs. Click on add ID to create a new digital ID or add an existing one from your organization. Enter your name, department, organization name, and email address to create a digital ID.
